Our Position on Copyright

Y2Mate.space respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

What We Do Not Host

Y2Mate.space does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. We are a processing tool that temporarily handles files for the sole purpose of format conversion. Processed files are permanently deleted within 30 minutes. We do not maintain a library of downloaded content.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through our service, please send a written notice to dmca@y2mate.space containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@y2mate.space with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours on business days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
